Refund & Cancellation Policy – Demo School

1. Course/Program Enrollment

  • Fees paid for admissions, courses, or programs are non-transferable unless specified otherwise.

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Cancellation by Student/Parent

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the school administration.

  • Cancellation before the course/program start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

  • No refund will be issued once the course/program has started or if the student has attended any classes.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for enrollment.

  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Cancellation by the School

  • Demo School reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course/program due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer to another program/session.

5. Special Cases

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Missed classes or sessions.

    • Student absence due to personal reasons.

    • Partial attendance in online programs.
